Terms of Service

By accessing or using Muze ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to compete with or replicate Muze
• Resell access to the Service without authorization

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. Muze does not claim ownership of your generated outputs. You grant Muze a license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. Token usage is deducted per generation based on the model used. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Third-party model providers may experience independent downtime.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data as required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future Nostalgia Studios Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
